Flexible
AWC Timesheet is a flexible application which enables you to configure the system to your own needs. You will be able to define customers, projects and activities. Users can be linked to customers, customers to projects, and projects to activities. Subsequently, you can set up each project with its own activities in order to force registration on valid activities and to be able to generate overviews based on clean data, including time progress and budgetary information.

Details
User accounts can be set up with 3 different authorization levels (default user, super user and application administrator) in order to provide users with the appropriate access to specific functionality such as the configuration screens and the management reports.
Projects can be configured as active or inactive in order to prevent invalid time registrations. Inactive projects will remain available for reporting purposes.
All activities can be configured with a specific cost rate and commercial rate in order to provide your customers with a detailed specification of the budget spent. The advanced version of AWC Timesheet contains functionality to apply calculations (absolute and relative) based on the default hour rate per activity.
Preferences
The main configuration settings apply to all users. In addition, each user is able to set its own user preferences, for example to choose the language of the user interface (standard: English, German, Dutch) and to store username and password on the local machine.
